- Hosted CRM is run on our virtualised environment in the cloud
- Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
- Each user is afforded 2GB of storage space, the space is pooled to provide the CRM database repository
- Additional space can be purchased at a cost of 25p per additional GB, this represents the additional GB required across all users rather than on a per user basis
- A nightly backup is made but only 1 backup is retained (i.e. it would be overwritten each night)
- Additional backup retentions can be purchased to safeguarding against accidental file deletion etc
- The service assumes a minimum subscription of 5 users
