£29.95 per user, per month

• The Hosted Desktop is run out of Xicon's virtualised environment in the cloud
• The desktop utilises Windows Server 2008 Remote Desktop Services to present a Microsoft Windows 7 look and feel
• Microsoft Office 2010 Professional is provided as part of the Office Desktop
• Each user is afforded to 2GB of file store, regardless of the split between personal and shared files
• Additional file space can be purchased at a cost of 25p per additional GB per user per month
• Additional applications can be installed onto the hosted desktop providing you hold the relevant software licenses. Should the application prove demanding on disk space additional disk space may need to be purchased.
• Outlook can be configured to talk to our Hosted Exchange Environment, should you purchase the service or be configured (as is currently the case with the trial) to talk to your existing hosted email server
• A nightly backup is made but only 1 backup is retained (i.e. it would be overwritten each night)
• Additional backup retentions can be purchased to safeguarding against accidental file deletion etc. The service assumes a minimum subscription of 5 users
