- Microsoft Exchange is run on our Virtualised environment in the cloud
- Each user is afforded a 2GB mailbox
- Additional mailbox space can be purchased at a cost of 25p per additional GB per user
- A nightly backup is made but only 1 backup is retained (i.e. it would be overwritten each night)
- Additional backup retentions can be purchased to safeguarding against accidental file deletion etc
- Outlook webmail access is afforded to each subscribing user, this will necessitate the user specifying their email address as the username at logon
- The email can be accessed by equipped smart phones, outlook and other compatible email clients either on a local desktop (if configured) or our Hosted Desktop
- The service assumes a minimum subscription of 5 users
